Welcome to Wolf Creek Alpacas

We are located in Copley, Ohio, which is  just west of Akron.  Having grown steadily since its start in 1997 with just 4 alpacas and a dream, Wolf Creek Alpacas offers show quality alpacas, herd sire services, an on-line farm store that is packed with yarn, rovings, hand knitted and woven items made from the fiber from our alpacas.  We also offer mentoring regarding all phases of the alpaca experience.

As breeders, we have never wavered in our total commitment to the production of quality Huacaya alpacas.  We have consistently sought the best possible bloodlines in our breeding, and we now have available for sale a fine selection of first class animals with high quality fiber, excellent conformation, color variety and pleasant temperament.

We also have several excellent herdsires available for outside breedings.  Heading the list is SA Expresso, a true black Peruvian male who has produced many fine crias, mostly of color, 75% of which have been females. 

Our on-line farm store features rovings, yarn, hand-made knitted and woven  scarves, plus caps, gloves and sweaters.  We always have in stock an extensive selection of alpaca socks, which are perfect for cold winter wear.  We will be glad to furnish you with the materials and the know-how for your next alpaca craft project, no matter how small or how large. 

We are also are supportors  of the Alpaca Fiber Co-Operative of North America and their endeavor to build a strong fiber industry that is U.S. based.   We also are associated with the Affiliate Sales Program that the Co-Op offers to its members.  Please check out our on-line store to look at the great alpaca products.

We also take pride in the extent to which we offer on-going advice to our customers concerning all phases of ownership of these wonderful animals.  We enjoy mentoring in the setting up of your farm, the selection and care of your alpacas, and in the recognition and choosing among the many exciting ways that alpaca fiber production can be utilized.
